Easy Steps Limited was founded by Mrs Alice Koriki* and is dedicated to children with SEMH, Autism ASD, Aspergers Syndrome & Learning Difficulties. We provide our comprehensive services to families and professionals caring for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders throughout the UK and the rest of the world. Our methods concentrate on skills that are functional and can empower the child/young person to live a more independent and fulfilling life.
We make sure that our programmes “grow up” together with the children, and with older children we work a lot on self-awareness and self-esteem, as well as independent living skills and advance social interaction skills. Furthermore we provide counselling services to parents, as parents need support to cope with all the changes in their lives and to be able to help their child effectively.
We established the first ABA clinic in London The Blooming Tree, for children aged 2-5 years old, with an excellent highly experienced team of BCBA consultants, programme supervisors and highly RBT trained therapists, giving the best of us, for early intervention programmes, to help the children’s inclusion in mainstream schools and generally to develop their functional and social skills.We then established The Blooming Tree Specialist primary schools for children of age 3-11.
Intervention : We understand that each person and every family that we meet is unique. Our Behavioural Therapists take the time to assess the current skill level of each child and create a treatment plan centred on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
We get to know every family and determine how we can put our knowledge to work for them.

Our administrative team, our behaviour technicians and our staff work together to facilitate personal growth and development in the families we serve. Our shared vision is to optimize our children’s’ independence, helping them develop functional skills that let them live their best life.

* Mrs Alice Koriki BCBA consultant / Msc Applied Behaviour Analysis/ Child psychologist / TalkTools Level 4 & Clinical Director at the Blooming Tree ABA Specialist Schools, with 24+ years of experience in the field of Autism. Started working as a tutor while at university of Cardiff, she then undertook an internship and got trained as a consultant using both VB techniques and discrete trial teaching (DTT). She established her own practise in 2004 providing psychological services, consultation, assessment and training to children aged 2,5-18 years of age with a wide range of abilities. She has extensive experience with individuals with high-functioning autism and Asperger syndrome, teaching social skills, self-awareness and management.
